L'eleganza-10 napkins fold related to Indian independence

'L'eleganza' was organised in SIHA campus on 14th of Aug 2010.10 napkin folds related to Indian independence were displayed in the Training restaurant.The Flag fold, The Turban fold, The Book fold, The Peacock fold, The Lotus fold etc.to name a few.
